![]() ![]() We also had the issue of our clock setting to 0:00.I had initially called the Honda navigation system support (80) about getting a new face cover for our to age of the normal wear and tear of scratches and noticing it was crystalizing.was told no screen could not be replaced( that is a whole new subject)while on phone I told them about the clock setting to zero and no way of fixing.well I was told there is a disc to update software to fix clock issue and was mailed out the disc.after receiving disc we followed instructions to install update well there was a glitch somewhere because now my system will come on or not work at all which when not working can not get to a/c or heat controls.oh by the way clock did update and went back to working.now as of today 3-22-2018 I have been on the phone with in car tec support for over 2 weeks without a solution to how to fix my system.went to dealer and spent 5 hours and 8 technician standing around scratching their heads and still no solution.we even was told that we had to replace the system.won't say what I told them about that idea.I have my local dealership, Honda in car tec support and Alpine the manufacturer looking into and trying to come up with a solution.well I got fed up with my system not working properly and went to a pick n pull ( you pull your own parts off of salvage cars) we pulled a complete navigation system off of same year as mine 2003 and replaced it into my van.now I have a semi working nav system.I can now get to a/c and heat controls but am completely locked out of navigation part.the code keeps coming up as incorrect code.so now everyone is now trying to figure out why the codes are not working and also clock is at 0:00. ![]()
